We’re here with an update on the journey of bringing this book to life! It’s no secret that things have taken a little longer than we initially planned, and we want to be transparent with you about what’s been going on behind the scenes.

Why The Delay?

As a small but passionate team, we’ve been working hard to balance this project alongside a few others that share our workload. One major reason for the extended timeline has been the sheer scope of this book. A project this size requires some serious attention to detail, especially when it comes to the art layout. We want every page to feel vibrant, visually engaging, and immersive for you. This level of design takes time, especially with such a small team.

We’re making progress every day refining the book’s layout and visual elements. Thank-you for your patience and support as we work to deliver a book that is everything we dreamed of creating—and more.

We're making great progress on the layout, but we did encounter a brief delay due to an unexpected personal emergency for one of our team members. The good news is we're back on track and moving forward smoothly. We're in the final stretch now!

In the meantime, we have some exciting things to share! Japanime Games has licensed Imaria and will be releasing their own supplements and world book, all ani-mized for your anime-loving pleasure! Greetings, Imarians!

We’re reaching out to you live from Gen Con 2024, where we’ve been fortunate enough to receive an early copy of the upcoming 2024 ruleset. After thoughtful discussions with industry experts, we’ve decided to offer a version of Imaria: The Pillars of Power compatible with the new ruleset, in addition to the original 5e version.

However, with this exciting opportunity comes an unfortunate slight delay, so we won’t be able to release the PDF this weekend as we initially planned. The good news is that the book has completed its final editing pass and is now in the layout phase. We’re confident it will be ready for you soon!

In the meantime, our team is hard at work adjusting the content to fit the 2024 ruleset, aiming to have that version available soon after the full release. Thank you for your patience and continued support!

Greetings, Imarians!

Firstly, we must once again thank you for your patience, and apologize for the delay in updates. We have been diligently working to obtain the final art pieces and adventure modules, hoping to deliver an update once we had them all. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on some contributors to submit their work.

However, we remain committed to our August Gen Con 2024 delivery date for Imaria: The Pillars of Power digital PDF. Regardless of whether we have all the art in hand, we will be sending out the digital PDF on schedule. Should some art assets be missing, you can rest assured that we will provide updated versions as the remaining pieces come in.

This also means that Imaria Nights will not be ready for the Gen Con 2024 date, as we are still coordinating with collaborators to finalize their submissions. We are working hard to ensure you receive your Imaria adventures as soon as possible!

Firstly, thank you for your patience as we finalize all the stretch goals and prepare for editing passes. Ensuring you receive the best version of these books has unfortunately led to a slight delay, but we're working diligently to get them into your hands.

However! Digital copies of the books will still be in your inboxes by Gen Con in August, so you'll still be able to adventure into Imaria before summer's end! During this time, we're also focusing on enhancing the presentation of the books and delving into the artwork.
